Hi, I'm Helen. I offer therapy that meets you where you are, without judgement, pressure or pretence. With over 12 years' experience, I've worked with people who've tried it all- self-help, talking therapy, mindfulness, even coaching- but still feel like something's missing.
That "something" is often the body. The missing piece is learning to feel, not just think. To be with the parts of you you've spent a lifetime managing, fixing or hiding. To take full responsibility for your life, not because it's your fault, but because its's your time.
